By accessing or using Moxie, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating or joining rooms.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or session.
• Keep your credentials and invite links secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt other users, or upload prohibited content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional details.

Content and Drawings

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate features such as real-time rooms and the Vault.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

Paid Features and Billing

If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be presented at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a plan-specific agreement.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or our policies are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
